Jake DeSantis, former EVP of AIG, does the work of defending the legitimate, contractually obligated bonus payments that AIG CEO Edward Liddy refused to do before Congress... and DeSantis does it in the pages of the New York Times. The faux outrage and ridiculous posturing (not to mention not-so-veiled threats and the confiscatory "tax") by elected officials who knew about the bonus payments months ahead of time is almost criminal.
